Terms and Agreements
Programming and Content
Communication coaching is to be defined and understood as the following: to instruct, direct or prompt on con communication.
Terms and agreements include specific communication coaching services and accompanying materials to support specific coaching services.
Terms and agreements do not include counseling services or support. Communication coaching services are not represented as nor are they to be construed as counseling or a substitution for counseling services.
No substitutions are offered or allowed in programming and content agreements regarding coaching program packages. All programming content and coaching sessions are specific to each coaching package and offered only as stated.
Each program package must be used within the time specified for each coaching program package.
Client agrees to content and terms of coaching program package(s).
Financial
All payments received electronically (PayPal) only.
Subscription program packages require client to have or establish PayPal account to process payments electronically on pre-determined schedule.
All payments must be received electronically prior to coaching services beginning.
No refunds are available. All sales are final. Coaching services will be delivered to client per agreement specified in coaching program package.
No substitutions are offered or allowed in financial agreements regarding coaching programs. All payments and payment schedules are specific to each coaching program package and are required as stated.
Completed payment by client assumes understanding and acceptance of all stated terms and agreements.
Communication and Scheduling
Client agrees to communicate with coach in manner indicated in terms specified in coaching program package9s).
Client agrees to cancel/reschedule any or all coaching sessions at least 24 hours in advance with coach via manner indicated in terms specified in coaching program package(s). Failure to do so automatically results in forfeiture of said sessions without opportunity to reschedule within or outside purchased program package(s).
Client understands and agrees to rates quoted and recognizes that all sessions are via telephone conference format.
Client agrees to following coaching program as mutually agreed upon between client and coach to achieve desired results by client.
Client agrees to mutuality of coach/client relationship including, but not exclusive to stated disagreement/dissatisfaction with any and all points with progression and/or focus of coaching plan and desired results by client.
Coaching services are offered with a strict confidentiality guarantee.
